How We Approach Garment Remodelling
Every redesign begins with an assessment of the garment and the materials available. We look at construction, seam allowances, wear, and the design goals before recommending a practical direction.
For dresses, skirts, shirts, and jackets, the goal is to keep what still works and reshape what no longer fits the way you want. In some cases, the strongest parts of the original piece become the foundation for a new silhouette or detail.

From fit updates to full upcycling, each project is reviewed for structure, condition, and what the garment can realistically become.
Upcycling can also turn leftover fabric into smaller accessories or finishing elements. When matching thread, trim, or similar materials is possible, we use them to support a cleaner result, but availability always depends on the project.
Before work begins, the concept is reviewed and approved, then the project moves into remodelling. At collection, we check the fit or finish again and note any final adjustments that may be needed.
